Then something suddenly happened. After the
boy had convulsed, he laid quietly on the ground
as if he were dead.

Some even said he was dead. But the power of
God had struck the evil spirit and the boy's body
fell limp after it left him. Then Jesus took him by
the hand and raised him up and restored him to
his father.
