Coming to Jesus with a phony respect, they
presented Him with this case: A woman who
had married a man with six younger brothers,
all who died one after the other, leaving this
widow alone and she having no children. "Who
then will be her husband in the resurrection?"

According to their religion, the woman would
be returned to her first husband. But Jesus
didn't give them that answer.

Instead Jesus said, For in the resurrection
they neither marry, nor are given in
marriage, but are as the angels of God
in heaven" Matthew 22:30
