Those that opposed Jesus was always following
on the edges of the crowds to see and hear what
He was doing. They got angry as He was trying
to teach them of His purpose of coming.

They exchanged question like "Why was Jesus
saying that He came down from heaven?"; "Why
does He call Himself the Bread of Life?"; "Do we
not know Joseph His father, and His mother
Mary, and was not this man a mere carpenter?"
(Mark 6:3; John 6:41-42

Jesus didn't answer their question about His
supernatural birth and never argue the fact of
His divinity.
