Jesus seemed to like Bethany and He was a
close friend of Lazarus, Mary and Martha.
When He was in their home He spent some of
His happiest times.

It was natural that when He came there was a
lot of activity in the home. Martha was always
an efficient hostess and would see to it that
nothing would be missing.
